Welcome to Schools’ Buying Club

Education is our passion – so much so we run our own Trust with seven schools. We established Schools’ Buying Club to help schools, academies and MATs save time and money. We believe that every penny that we help you save, means that pupils get a better deal in the classroom. We have saved millions of pounds to date, and its making a real difference when budgets are tight.

Our multi award-winning end-to-end procurement tendering service is focused on letting new contracts across a range of categories including catering, cleaning, ICT managed services, MFDs & managed print, FM & building services, HR & payroll amongst others.

About Schools’ Buying Club

We are a team of dedicated school procurement and communications specialists, working across the country ensuring our school and MAT clients get the very best value for money from their contracted services.

We run the entire process, stimulating interest from the supply market to create competition and keen pricing. We develop the specification, run the tender process through our online portal, evaluate the bids and provide you with thorough assessments. We also manage the contract award and mobilisation. It’s compliant and highly effective, providing confidence to school leaders and their governors and trustees.

We provide annual KPI service reviews, and we are always on hand to facilitate solutions if problems should arise. Most importantly there is no direct fee; our costs are paid by the successful supplier!

A Free Financial Health Check for your School

Schools’ Buying Club is now offering Financial Health Checks, free of charge.   These detailed reports indicate key areas in which you could make savings on your non-pay spend for your school, academy or MAT.  Best of all, we do all the work for you! You do not need to submit any data to us, we work with the information available on the GOV.UK Schools Financial Benchmarking Tool.  Your expenditure will be compared to a pool of up to 15 similar establishments and presented in a personalised analysis report.
